Actual problems of HR-sphere

At the beginning of an active 2009 business season (early Autumn) Adecco Russia organized the “Effective personnel management in an unstable environment” conference.

Temporary staff: tendencies, technology and legal aspects.
This conference was devoted to the key aspects of temporary staffing, namely, practical solutions for clients in the areas of labour safety, personnel reserve, seasonal work, transfer of personnel from one company to another, etc.
 
At the beginning of the conference the HR directors of leading companies who are Adecco clients (among them Kuehne and Nagel, DHL, Coca-Cola, BAT and others) were welcome to speak. The idea was to understand their companies’ challenges to offer in future easy and practical solutions.  
 
The main emphasis was on examining the legal and tax aspects of temporary staffing, which is the most popular issue in those countries where temporary staffing is becoming a major service. It's large scale requires many changes to be made in Labour Law in order to provide the temporary staffing services demanded by employers.
